We use Australia Post (standard service) or SENDLE for domestic orders with delivery times between 3-7 days. Postage is calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination. All orders are trackable and require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is home to safely receive the parcel or it will be sent to your local post office and a card with further information will be left at the delivery address. If you would prefer your parcel to be delivered without signature we are happy to accommodate this at the request of the customer, but will not be responsible for any goods lost or stolen. You will receive tracking via email once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are sent with our default carrier Australia Post (standard service). This service is trackable and requires signature on delivery. For security reasons, please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel. If there is no one available to receive the parcel, the local carrier will follow their own protocol which may include leaving the parcel unattended. If you would like to use a different courier please get in touch and we can organize a quote for you. You will receive tracking via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures and other factors outside of our control. Orders may also be subject to taxes and duties upon arrival and these must be paid by the receiver to release the goods. Scotato will not be responsible for any of these charges that may be incurred. We encourage you to obtain further information on import taxes and duties through your region’s customs office before placing your order. If a customer refuses to accept a shipment from Scotato, they are liable for any shipping fees and charges as well as the cost of returning the shipment to Scotato.

RETURNS
As our pieces are made to order, unfortunately they can not be exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
Our products are made with the highest quality and attention to detail. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please email us immediately at info@scotato.com.au with your order number, images and a description so we can assess the fault. We will work with you to solve the issue and either replace, repair or refund the order. If the fault is ours we will reimburse you for the postage cost of sending the item back to us.
